I have more than 20 years in the product space designing and managing products (both physical and digital) from conception to delivery.

 

I bring a Customer-Centric approach to product strategy and management. Product design and management are most successful when done collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple area, to ensure the product is gaining for the knowledge of experts in their area, whether it be from development, marketing, finance or design. I have over the years managed relationships with the various stakeholder to develop products that are user friendly while delivering business results. I trained as an architect and then switched to designing holistically to address the users experience, and now ensure the products I create are scalable and performant while addressing users needs.

I have been a Director of Product Management with experience leading product transformations, leading project management, engineering, QA, and design teams, to deliver innovative products for Shutterfly, eBay, and companies like Fedex and Sun Microsystems as a design consultant at Onlinefocus. I have managed operations that generated $1 billion+ in revenue and created the Shutterfly.com mobile web platform. I have expertise in team leadership, user interface design, product management, mobile platform design, website creation, and process improvements through strategic stakeholder management.
